| In 1980, Lau Pow Chuan Construction Sdn Bhd was created and aptly named after its founder Lau Pow Chuan. Its primary activities involved government projects, specializing in infrastructure, drainage and irrigation works. Through the years the company’s overall projects have been valued over MYR100 million. |

From its foundations in construction, in 2005 the company decided to venture into property development. The myriad of projects have proved a very successful track record thus far.
